PRIME™ 20LV 是 PRIME™ 20 的下一代环氧灌注产品,特别适合于多种树脂灌注工艺,包括 RTM、SCRIMP™ 和 RIFT。它具有非常低的粘度和较长的工作时间,可用于制备一次成型的复杂增强大型部件。它具有极低的放热温度,适合制造较厚部件,而没有由于放热温度升高而过早凝胶化的风险。PRIME™ 20LV 是 GL 和英国劳氏认可的产品。

典型应用

PRIME™ 20LV 成功地用于一次成型的部件,如狭窄的碳纤维帆船桅杆、80 尺帆船壳体和风力涡轮机叶片等。

PRIME™ 20LV 包装包括 20/5.2、220/19 和 1000/180kg 树脂/固化剂套装,适合机器混合/分配。
