获得专利的 ST 95 结构性 SPRINT™ 是一种模压成型材料,它由两层胶合到预制、预催化树脂膜任一侧的两层碳纤维或玻璃纤维增强材料构成。因此,材料具有干燥增强材料的外观,树脂隐藏在其中心。ST 95 可用于在重量和织物规格范围内倾斜至 ±45°角的织造或单向织物,在一侧具有轻粘性膜以帮助其在模具放置。

ST 95 系列是增韧的热熔、环氧树脂,提供极好的力学性能平衡。它经过了特殊配方设计,可在室温下使 SPRINT™ 产品的使用时间最大化。它是制造结构部件的理想材料,其中改进的抗冲击性和抗树脂微裂纹能力是我们所需要的。

ST 95 具有灵活的固化制度,从 85℃ 下 12 小时到 120℃ 下 1 小时。 这使得它适用于常规部件生产以及试验部件的开发。该材料是可以悬垂铺贴的,专为用于简单的真空袋成型工艺而设计。

典型应用

ST 95 可用于制造底盘、舱壁以及汽车、船舶和工业应用的一般结构件。
