Gurit globally delivers composite materials, engineering, processing tools and equipment as well as parts and solutions to a world-class customer list. We work alongside long standing customers in the vertical markets of Transportation, Marine, Renewables, Civil and Architecture with continued focus in emerging markets and product development. It is this focus that enables us to continue to deliver the future of composite materials.
Gurit’s Composite Engineering Team delivers outstanding engineering design optimised towards our customers’ needs.
To support our continued growth, these exciting opportunities have been created for innovative and proactive graduates who wish to embark on a career within this unique area of composite technology.
We are looking for team players with a sound Engineering related degree (ideally 2:1 or above) who must have an interest in advanced composite materials, their applications and benefits. Fluent English speaking and writing skill is compulsory.
A tailor-made one year training programme will supply the successful candidates with an in-depth knowledge of composite materials, ranging from product development and materials production through to component structural design and manufacture. In addition, you will assist in the development of innovative and efficient engineering methods and solutions for our customers and take full ownership for an engineering project.

Due to the nature of this position, flexibility is essential, as travel may be involved. Excellent interpersonal, IT and literacy skills to facilitate high-quality communication and the production of thoroughly researched technical reports would also be considered a distinct advantage.
